Naked Happiness

Dear sister or brother in Islam,

Have you ever longed to be one of the strong believers the Prophet ﷺ described, those who walk through life’s tests with patience, clarity, inner peace, and deep trust in Allah?

For a long time, I thought that was reserved for others, people who were naturally resilient, wise, and spiritually elevated. Not someone like me, who often felt stuck in fear, guilt, stress, relationship struggles, and self-doubt. But here is what I’ve come to see:

 Allah created us with resilience, patience, confidence, love, clarity, and a strong heart of faith, it is our Fitrah. It’s always there, even if life’s noise and our own thinking cover it up.

 This book is my invitation to you, to help you see what is already true about you, about your experience of life, and about how Allah guides us through it all.

This is not another self-help book or a collection of techniques. It is a call to return home, to the state of faith, patience, and strength that was already written into your soul.

The strong believer is not someone else, it is you, underneath the noise.
